Bass fishing on Otsego Lake
Trips
We offer a variety of trips to suit your fishing style, schedule and time of year.
Full day trip: Usually from safe light until eight hours later. During the cooler months we can start later if you prefer.
Split trip: Fish the first and last four hours of daylight, with a break in the middle of the day. Particularly good during the hottest periods, in July, August and early September, especially for those who enjoy topwater fishing.
Half day: Four hours of your choosing; normally the first or last four hours of daylight.
What is included: We will pick you up at your local hotel (by boat if you are at the Otesaga or other lake-side hotel or motel) or meet you at the boat ramp. We provide all tackle, lures, etc., although of course you are welcome to bring your own. We carry ice, water and sunscreen, and will provide a sack lunch for a small additional fee (at cost) if you would like.
Payment: We request a $100, non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit can be paid by check, Paypal or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Any balance due on the day must be in cash.

Other important information:
Persons aged 16 and over must have a valid New York State fishing license. Click here for information on New York fishing licenses.
Be sure to bring sunglasses (preferably polarized) and a hat. We fish rain or shine, so bring warm clothes and rain gear (we have some extra rain gear, but may not have your size). In the event of hazardous weather conditions we will postpone or cancel the trip. If the trip must be canceled due to weather we will give you a full refund.
Smoking is not permitted on our boat.
